Has been in private practice for over 30 years. Received CPA designation in 1976. Graduated from Oklahoma State University with a BS in Accounting in 1974. Completed partial Masters in Accountancy studies at Oklahoma City University in 1976. Out of College, worked for Sohio Petroleum Company (Production & exploation branch of Standard Oil of Ohio, Now part of BP) After three years there working in all the accounting departments of the company began several jobs for several years as the Corporate Controller for Small independent Oil & Gas Companies & helped one with an initial public offering. Began public accounting with a small accounting firm in Oklahoma City in 1980 and started his own public accounting firm in June, 1982. We work with a variety of small businesses including Doctors, Dentists & other professional practices, Retail stores, Building Contractors, Subcontractors, Restaurants, Service companies, non-profit Corporations & Franchises. Currently Lives in Edmond, Ok with wife Alisha & Daughter Kelley (She is Handicapped so she still stays at home) Has a daughter that is married with a son that Lives in Royce City, Tx and is a DPM at Greenville Hospital in Greenville, Tx. Also has a Son that is married and has a son & daughter and is an Electrical Engineer in Irving, Tx and lives in Cedar Hill, Tx.
